The highly anticipated Shaolin Showman’s Retirement Championship, scheduled to take place in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo 🇨🇩, has been postponed by one week.
The three-day professional wrestling championship will now be held from Friday, September 11, to Sunday, September 13, 2026.
The event is expected to celebrate the career and legacy of veteran professional wrestler Shaolin Showman, also known as Nsimba Bafuka, with wrestlers, fans and members of the professional wrestling community expected to gather for the historic occasion.
Organizers expressed regret over any inconvenience caused by the postponement and thanked wrestlers, fans, partners and supporters for their patience, understanding and continued support.
Commenting on the change in schedule, Shaolin Master said the additional week would only heighten anticipation for the championship.
“The wait is only one week longer, but the excitement will be even greater,” Shaolin Master said.
The event is expected to bring the professional wrestling community together in Kinshasa to celebrate the legacy of Shaolin Showman.
