The Coalition of South East Leaders (COSEYL), have extended its warmest congratulations to the former governor of Abia State and esteemed senator, Theodore Ahamefula Orji (Ochendo Global), on the momentous occasion of his 75th birthday.
The group, which is the apex sociopolitical youth group in the South East geopolitical zone, said Senator Theodore Orji, is a distinguished leader who served as the governor of Abia State from 2007 to 2015 and represented the Abia Central senatorial zone in the Senate from 2015 to 2023, has been a pillar of resilience, dedication, and vision in the political landscape of Nigeria. Throughout his tenure in office, he demonstrated unwavering commitment to the upliftment and development of his constituents, paving the way for progress and enhancing the quality of life for the people of Abia State and beyond.
In a statement signed by the President General, Comrade Goodluck Ibem, COSEYL said, Senator Orji an elder statesman has exemplified the highest ideals of leadership, fostering unity and advocating for the interests of the South East region. His contributions to education, healthcare, and infrastructural development have left an indelible mark on the lives of many, and his legacy continues to inspire a new generation of leaders in our region.
